Free Shipping
All U.S. orders ship free via UPS Ground. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.

Processing Time
Every item is in stock. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with UPS tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time
UPS Ground typically delivers within 1–5 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once your package is with UPS.

Multiple Items
All items in your order ship together.

Delayed Shipments
In accordance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we are unable to ship your order within the time stated, we will notify you by email and give you the option to (1) consent to a new estimated ship date or (2) cancel your order for a full refund.

Risk of Loss
Once we transfer your order to UPS, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

International Orders
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country; these are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order price or shipping cost and are not the responsibility of FESTÈVE.
